Respected property developer launches Chaloner Group to expand presence across the North East & UK

Longstanding Tees Valley-based property developer Geoff Hogg has launched Chaloner Group to further expand his development footprint across the UK.

The developer behind the landmark £55m Tees Advanced Manufacturing Plant (TeesAMP), Mr Hogg has become a recognised regeneration specialist having transformed a large portfolio of sites into successful and fully let office, retail, and industrial developments as well as completing a number of residential properties.

Now, through the Chaloner Group, the developer is aiming to build upon its existing pipeline of projects Tees Valley by entering new markets outside of the region.

It is currently in negotiations on a number of sites across the region, which will be announced in the near future.  It is also actively seeking new Joint venture partnerships with land and property owners.

The company delivers regeneration projects from concept through to completion and has developed strong relationships with local authorities, government agencies and investors.
