Encouraging the growth of industry with fully refurbished industrial units.

Two large industrial units were converted to six industrial units.

The previously vacant units were fully refurbished to a high standard and located within a secure compound, with two boasting their own secure yards. On completion, all units were let within 10 months. As well as opening up industrial opportunities in the region, this development added value of £750,000.
