Middlesbrough’s first urban fitted development.

Albert Gate is a development of 30 apartments, sitting next to the greenery of Albert Park in Middlesbrough. The project is the first urban fitted development in Middlesbrough.

A modern, contemporary design was instrumental, and the development even includes an underground car park.

The site previously housed a vicarage, and so planning permission was gained prior to work starting. All 30 apartments were sold off plan, and the Gross Development Value (GDV) of the development is £4.5m.
