Transforming poor quality office accommodation in Middlesbrough town centre into modern, usable office space.

Cleveland Business Centre was previously a poorly managed block with low quality accommodation. Situated next to the law courts, it was just 25% occupied, predominantly with legal professionals.

A £1m investment saw a full refurbishment, providing modern, open plan accommodation. Features include a passenger lift, dedicated car park, staffed reception, on-site cafe and conferencing facilities with full IT equipment.

The regenerated space attracted companies from all sectors, and after just six months it reached 100% occupancy. The value of the building has now increased by over £2m.
