Bringing life to a Teeside High Street.
Normanby is a small town near Middlesbrough in the Tees Valley. The high street was redeveloped to bring new life into the town and attract businesses and residents to invest.
The former HSBC bank building was purchased and planning permission was gained to convert it into two retail units and four apartments. The work was completed after careful planning, working closely with the local authority.
All units and apartments were let within three months of the end of contract, adding £500,000 in value to the project.
